We work closely with a number of third-parties such as business partners, sub-contractors, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers and may receive information about you from them.

Your details are stored on our secure network and our secure CRM database, which only authorised personnel have access to, and they only access the data in order to be able to trade with you as a customer, supplier or third-party partner to our organisation. Our personnel are all trained on the GDPR laws and there are policies and procedures in place to ensure your data is stored safely. We will only use your data to contact you with regards to relevant business matters.

If you email any of our team your email will be stored securely using our chosen email provider which is Office 365. Your email may be shared within the organisation, unless you mark it as confidential. Everyone within our organisation has a corporate email address which will either be @thempc.co.uk or @thepackagingexperts.co.uk.  Should anyone contact you without the correct email alias then do not reply to them and please get in touch with us. Direct Marketing

If you expressed an interest in our products or services, or have previously purchased from us, you could receive an email, text or phone call from us for similar products or services. You could also receive marketing material from us via post, email and our social media accounts

For marketing purposes, we collect and process a limited amount of data and marketing preferences information about you including: your name, address, company name (where relevant), telephone numbers, email address, department, job role, interests relating to our services and your preferred method of communication.

We do not sell your information to anyone outside of our organisation, and we only share or forward your information with the aforementioned third-party partners and suppliers as necessary for business purposes.
