HP Instant Ink is an ink cartridge replacement service, that delivers the right ink at the right time to customers for less, making sure customers never run out of ink! HP Instant Ink acts like your very own personal ink assistant. When you need ink, your printer automatically lets HP know to send more. HP Original Ink is delivered straight to your door before you run out.
Our client came to us asking for a creative way to thank one of their retail partners for their efforts and sales for HP.
They had seen branded cupcakes produced in the past and wanted to replicate this idea for this project. They had also seen the capabilities we had in house around personalisation and wanted some personalised merchandise to present to them and all had to be done with a tight turnaround time of only 1 week from brief to delivery!
Cupcakes
These can be made in any quantity and any design. We produced 24 cupcakes for them with 6 of each design. The client wanted to utilise their instant ink logo as the design inspiration for the cake toppers. We took their brief and then designed 4 bespoke toppers using the 4 CMYK colours on the logo as the backgrounds for the design.
We then designed a bespoke box to house them, cut on our CAD Table and printed using the Roland LEF-200 UV printer we also have.
The finished result was a real WOW for them to present to their customer to say Thank you! I’m sure you agree.
Notebooks
We designed 6 bespoke notebook covers one for each contact of theirs, personalised with their names, the HP Instant ink logo and their clients logo, Dixons Carphone.
These were also printed in house using the Roland UV printer. Who wouldn’t love something with their name on!? You will never pick up the wrong notebook again.
