SecureLink

SecureLink are experts at designing, delivering, managing and supporting leading cyber security solutions. With over 15 years of experience, they are trusted by some of the world’s largest IT brands. We have worked with SecureLink in the past to produce merchandise for events and marketing campaigns. We were the first people they thought to come to for help with Security Bootcamp 2019, where they host their IT vendors in an exhibition format to present and promote their services to their customer base.

Their initial reason for their contact was for ‘Goody Bags’ with useful giveaways however during our initial meeting they asked if we would support them in the event management. They wanted us to organise the shell scheme and all graphics for the exhibition ensuring that all vendors had to do is turn up on the day. They could see instantly the benefit of involving us, as we can take care of all aspects from design, production, delivery and implementation. It was evident they wanted this event to be ‘next level’ and remembered much like you would a wedding. They wanted their audience  engaged throughout the day and by understanding their business vision and values we could create on point branding to suit with some creativity to compliment the theme.

After proposing many ideas of different kinds of shell schemes and stand offerings, SecureLink decided on a freestanding box structure created using silver anodized Octanorm system with aluminium components. This structure included rear and side walling with white printed foamex infill panels and a 500mm deep fascia around. We took a site survey to ensure measurements and space along with the proposed floor plan would cater for their 8 Platinum and 7 Gold sponsorship stands.

Upon our site visit we realised that the customer wanted to have a main presentation area in the main hall. This was challenging as they needed two presentation theatres running simultaneously so all vendors could be accommodated within the allotted time schedule. We contacted an AV contractor to provide 2 wireless PA systems whereby delegates could listen through headsets removing any distraction to presenters and the audience.

We took care of liaising directly with the 15 vendors, ensuring the artwork was in the correct format and all in time for the deadline. We left no stone unturned or unbranded should I say, we even branded the small things like champagne glass covers for the Champagne reception, sponsored wine bottle labels and a branded sweet cart.  SecureLink staff wore branded embroidered polos and corporate branded shoes laces which we produced for them to wear in corporate coloured VANS.

SecureLink wanted certain things unveiled at certain points, they wanted a giveaway which was much like a favour you would get at a wedding, we suggested individual Tipsy Wight flavoured vodka bottles with vendor names on them. These were well received by delegates who took them away with them and formed part of the memorable day. Which moves me nicely onto the bar area, where there were branded beer mats and drink runners which looked spot on. The ‘Goody Bags’ were all given out with the New collapsible Stojo Silicone Cups in a cotton tote, their very own branded Pringle mini pot, webcam covers, and high quality square pens. These were sourced, branded, fulfilled and delivered all by us and we provided event management services on the day to ensure the event went seamlessly.
